Patti Fries has nineteen years’ experience in the financial industry, focusing on Compliance, Operations, and Client Services. As Director of Administration, Patti’s focus includes Investment Operations, Management Fee Invoicing, Human Resources, Technology, and supporting the COO and CCO.

Career Highlights
Prior to joining the Gratus team, Patti served as Chief Compliance Officer for BT Wealth Management. Previously, she served as Operations Manager and Chief Compliance Officer for Cornerstone Management. Patti obtained the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional® certification in 2008.

Patti obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Eastern College in Melbourne, Florida, in 1982. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Religion: Biblical and Theological Studies from Liberty University.

Charitable Activities
Participating in Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child is a favorite tradition of Patti’s. Patti has also helped with projects and the summer lunch program for Must Ministries.

Outside of the Office
Patti and her husband have two daughters, two sons-in-law, and three grandchildren. In their spare time, they enjoy sailing, paddleboarding, reading, traveling and spending time with their family and friends. Patti and her husband live in Kennesaw with their Australian Shepherd puppy.
