Neil Campbell brings over 20 years of leadership experience in finance, sales, strategy and operations to Gratus. As president, Neil’s primary focus is to ensure the delivery of a consistent, extraordinary experience to Gratus’ stakeholders.
Prior to joining Gratus, Neil served in a range of senior management positions with Cox Enterprises, including overseeing a comprehensive effort to reimagine the employee experience, along with finance and sales operations roles. Before joining Cox, he held several leadership positions in strategy, sales, finance, and operations at Americold, The Home Depot and Corporate Executive Board (now Gartner).
Neil has a BBA in Management Information Systems from James Madison University and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business. In the community, he has served as Chairman and Treasurer of Communities in Schools of Atlanta, an organization that provides dropout prevention programs across Atlanta’s public schools.
Outside The Office
Neil lives in the Peachtree Hills neighborhood in Atlanta with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys traveling, working out, exploring new restaurants, listening to podcasts, and reading as many books as he can he get his hands on.
