As the Client Experience Associate, Cheryl is responsible for the smooth operation of the day-to-day business of the company.
Cheryl joins Gratus with over 28 years of experience providing best-in-class client experience and creating memorable moments through her infectious passion and energy. Prior to joining Gratus, Cheryl served as an Executive Assistant with SunTrust Bank and Fidelity Bank. She also served as the Community Outreach Coordinator for The Fulton DeKalb Hospital Authority and served as Assistant with various internal teams to launch the Georgia Dome and the 1996 Olympics.
Cheryl received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Services from Clayton State University. Additionally, she has received a certificate in Event Planning from Emory University and was a member of the Community Outreach Leadership Program at The Satcher Institute of Morehouse School of Medicine.
Outside the Office
Cheryl’s passion for serving others led her to join the Hostess Ministry and she recently became a lead assistant with the Youth Hostess Ministry focused on teaching young girls how to better serve others.
